IQF Monthong durian from HungHau Foods Joint Stock Company is carefully selected from premium Monthong durian grown in the provinces of Mekong Detal and Tay Nguyen Province (Vietnam). The product is individually quick frozen (IQF) using advanced technology, ensuring the natural flavor, color, and quality of the durian are preserved.

HungHau Foods has the capacity to supply up to 4,000 tons of IQF Monthong durian annually. Both the product and HungHau Foods’ processing facilities comply with international certifications and standards, including GACC, BRCGS, HACCP, ISO 22000, FDA, KV, HALAL, and SMETA.

KEY FEATURES

• Peel: Greenish-yellow when unripe, turning light yellow-green when fully ripe. The spikes are large, widely spaced, and not overly sharp.
• Weight: Approximately 2–4 kg per fruit.
• Flavor: Mildly sweet with moderate creaminess, low aroma intensity, and little to no bitter aftertaste.
• Flesh: High ratio of small or nearly seedless segments; each segment is large, weighing around 100–200 g.
• Color: Monthong durian flesh has a light yellow color.
• Freezing technology: Processed using IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology, rapidly freezing each durian segment to preserve its natural flavor, color, and texture as if freshly separated from the shell.
