International Business Specialist

I/ Job Description:

  • Communicate with domestic and international customers; provide consultation and address all inquiries from customers and partners related to the company’s business and sales activities; promptly report customer complaints to the responsible departments.

  • Provide customer care, build relationships with customers, and maintain a customer database.

  • Prepare sales contracts and production orders; monitor and expedite production progress to meet order deadlines.

  • Seek new customers and expand the market.

  • Ensure assigned targets, performance, and objectives are met.

  • Prioritize the promotion and development of the company’s key products.

  • Research and develop new products that align with market trends and factory conditions.

  • Stay updated on knowledge regarding agricultural products, food, food safety and hygiene, and industry regulations to support work activities.

  • Store and secure documents and records as per company regulations.

  • Report sales revenue to the Sales Manager periodically or upon request.

  • Perform and report other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or Deputy General Director in charge.

  • Provided with necessary assets and operational funds.

  • Responsible for safeguarding company assets and brand.

  • Carry out other tasks as required by the Sales Manager or Deputy General Director in charge.

II/ Job Requirements:

  • Male/Female, over 25 years old.

  • Presentable appearance.

  • College degree or higher in a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in international business, particularly in agricultural products and food.

  • Strong understanding of export procedures and supply chain processes.

  • Fluent in English or Chinese.

  • Willing to travel for business trips (if required).
