I/ Job Description:
1/ Advisory and Planning Tasks:
-
Advise and support the Sales Director in export business activities, and undertake tasks within the assigned scope of responsibility;
-
Assist the Sales Director in developing sales operation procedures to ensure effective coordination and control of related activities;
-
Develop sales plans to meet the business targets assigned annually by the Sales Director/Board of Directors;
-
Support the Sales Director in preparing the department’s operational budget plan, and monitor and control expenses according to the budget;
-
Implement reasonable and systematic market segmentation for staff.
2/ Organization and Execution:
-
Organize and take responsibility for assigning tasks to department heads and staff members;
-
Organize and develop international markets to expand market presence, increase market share, and boost the company’s revenue.
-
Organize and conduct international market research, analyze, forecast, and capture customer needs, identify key product categories to prioritize, and proactively propose business plans and strategies for expanding international markets;
-
Search for new customers and expand the consumer market;
-
Participate in business activities and review how business staff handle situations that arise outside of established policies; visit customers; support sales staff in customer prospecting, quotation, and customer care;
-
Grasp customer needs, promptly detect changes and new investment trends among customers, and monitor competitor activities;
-
Organize the collection and analysis of information about customer groups, product demand, payment characteristics, and purchasing power to develop appropriate market approaches;
-
Participate in the recruitment and training processes for sales department personnel: set standards, participate in interviews, evaluations, and make hiring decisions;
-
Prepare periodic reports on business performance.
3/ Inspection and Supervision:
-
Manage and operate the heads of departments and the Sales Department as assigned by the Sales Director;
-
Monitor the execution of plans and assess the suitability of plans to provide advice to the Sales Director;
-
Track, inspect, and evaluate the work performance of department heads and staff under management/assignment.
4/ Information System and Reporting:
-
Periodically report business results/status to the Sales Director;
-
Carry out other tasks and reports as required by the Sales Director/Deputy General Director in charge.
II/ Job Requirements:
- Male, over 29 years old.
-
Graduated from university or higher in a related field.
-
At least 4 years of experience in a similar position in international business, especially in the manufacturing and export of confectionery products.
- Candidates who have previously worked at confectionery manufacturing and export companies such as Orion, Bibica …..

Proficient in English or Chinese.
-
Willing to travel for business trips (if required).
