COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Add the pasta to boiling water (use 1 liter of water for every 100g of pasta), and add a pinch of salt. Cook for about 13–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, and check the texture to ensure it is just tender (avoid overcooking). Drain and rinse with cold water, then let it dry.
