From the beginning of the year until now, the company has exported over 430 tons of fresh bamboo shoots, processed bamboo shoots, dried pho, salted figs, pickled sauerkraut…, equivalent to a revenue of about 20,119 million VND, mainly exported. to countries: Korea, Japan, Netherlands, EU… Mr. Ngo Hoang Long, Director in charge of production operations of Kim Boi Joint Stock Company said: This year, the company launched the product to the market. It’s canned bamboo shoots, sliced into rectangles. Products are produced according to a closed process, before being exported, they are pre-processed, processed, boiled, sterilized and canned, ensuring quality according to export standards. After exporting, the product received positive feedback from partners. Therefore, the company is focusing on following production and business plans to ensure enough raw materials for processing, meeting the quantity of products supplied to partners as well as consumer markets.

Continuing to achieve the goal of increasing agricultural export value, the province has issued documents on mechanisms and policies to support producers, businesses, and cooperatives to promote agricultural production and improve product quality. , connecting and expanding agricultural product consumption markets. Along with that, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Plan No. 237/KH-SNN, dated April 13, 2023 on promoting agricultural export in 2023 in the province. The important goal set is to promptly integrate the contents to organize and implement the plan, striving to increase the export output rate of key agricultural products by 10% compared to 2022.

In recent months, departments, branches, branches, districts and cities, based on assigned tasks, have come up with solutions to organize implementation to achieve the set goals. Which focuses on safe production, forming commodity production areas; Support for certification of good agricultural production practices; Promote issuance and monitoring of growing area codes, packaging facility codes and FSC certification; connection between primary processing and processing enterprises with concentrated production areas; promote and connect consumption of agricultural and forestry products domestically and internationally.

From the beginning of the year until now, the agricultural industry continues to accompany production units and households to increase product promotion on the Product Origin Traceability Portal at: https://hb .check.net.vn. In order to expand the consumption market for agricultural products, the Department of Quality Management of Agricultural, Forestry and Fisheries introduced and connected 29 businesses and cooperatives to participate in agricultural trade promotion programs. ; connecting 23 businesses and cooperatives to participate in the 2nd Hanoi Agricultural Product Festival Program in 2023; Supports over 141,000 product traceability stamps for businesses and cooperatives before bringing products to market.

In addition, during the year, the agricultural sector supported 40 cultivation, livestock, and aquaculture establishments certified for VietGAP processes, GlobalGAP, organic, and ISO standards. To date, the province has had 1 Geographical Indication built, 27 certification marks and 19 collective marks protected for the province’s specialty products.

Enterprises have gradually overcome and adjusted production and business activities, diversifying their approaches and expanding markets. It is expected that from now until the end of 2023, for agricultural products, the whole province will indirectly export about 76 tons of fresh grapefruit from 7 cooperatives and cooperative groups in districts: Luong Son, Tan Lac, Yen Thuy. The main export markets are EU countries, the UK, and the United States.
