Besides traditional agricultural trade, Guangxi province (China) is planning to expand cooperation with Vietnam to new areas such as agricultural e-commerce and agricultural technology.

According to information from the International Trade News website of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, Huu Nghi Quan border gate is one of the largest and most convenient land border gates between China and Vietnam.

In the coming time, trade between the two sides is expected to increase because Guangxi and Vietnam have plans to cooperate in the fields of agricultural e-commerce, agricultural industry cooperation and agricultural technology exchange.
By the end of 2024, Guangxi had 18 agricultural enterprises registered to invest in Vietnam.
