NHA MAN CO., LTD. WELCOMES INTERNSHIP STUDENTS FROM NONG LAM UNIVERSITY – HCMC

On August 3, 2026, Nha Man Co., Ltd. (a member of HungHau Foods Joint Stock Company – HungHau Foods) welcomed a group of Food Technology students from Nong Lam University – Ho Chi Minh City for a factory visit and a firsthand look at the production of noodles and nutritional pasta under the Happy Noodles brand.

During the visit, students toured the production area and observed each stage of the manufacturing process, from raw material selection, flour mixing, steaming, and shaping to drying and packaging. Deputy General Director Ms. Nguyen Tran Xuan Nha shared insights on quality control procedures, food safety and hygiene requirements, and the standards applied throughout production to ensure product quality for consumers.

The tour gave Nong Lam University students a closer look at industrial-scale food manufacturing and a clearer understanding of how academic knowledge is applied in a real business setting. Sharing her thoughts after the visit, student Nguyen Ngoc Thanh Tu said: “Visiting the factory in person, I got a much clearer picture of what it takes to work in the food industry, from production to quality control. What I observed today really complements what we’ve been learning in class”.

Beyond learning about the production process, the students also showed keen interest in the Happy Noodles noodle and pasta lines as well as OCHAO products. Many were pleasantly surprised to discover that products they had been using at home are manufactured right here.

For over a decade, Happy Noodles has been a familiar presence on Vietnamese family dining tables through its range of noodles and nutritional pasta, including premium egg noodles, black sesame noodles, vegetable noodles, soybean noodles, soybean pasta, sea grape pasta, and brown rice pasta. Notably, OCHAO Rice Straws – a product that has earned the Vietnam National Brand award multiple times in a row – are also manufactured at Nha Man Co., Ltd.
