Recently (July 22, 2025), the Nha Man Factory, in collaboration with the HungHau Foods Group Business Development Department, organized an internal sensory evaluation session for OCHAO Instant Pasta with a new flavor: Sweet & Spicy Cheese. Previously, the unit had successfully held two tasting sessions for this product with Stewed Chicken & Vegetables flavor and Vegetarian flavor.
The event was attended by more than 60 HungHau Foods Group employees and VHU interns. This activity plays an important role in the product research and development process at the HungHau Vegetable factory, aiming to gather direct internal feedback to refine the product before its official launch to the market.

During the testing process, participating employees were asked to provide objective evaluations based on criteria such as overall flavor, balance between spiciness and sweetness, chewiness and expansion of the pasta texture after cooking, tasting experience, as well as suggestions for improvement.
The results showed that OCHAO Instant Pasta (Nuibokki OCHAO) with Sweet & Spicy Cheese flavor received highly positive feedback. Most testers praised the product for its rich taste and its ability to maintain a soft, chewy texture after cooking without becoming mushy. The concept of sweet and spicy cheese pasta was developed based on research into youth consumption behavior, combined with a creative twist on trending imported dishes.
The 60g Nuibokki OCHAO with Sweet & Spicy Cheese flavor is expected to be launched in two taste profiles: bold and mild. It is also one of three key products planned to enter the market under the OCHAO Instant Pasta line.
