HungHau Foods’ growth is driven by a strategy of expanding its value-added product portfolio based on Vietnamese agricultural resources. While revenue previously relied mainly on frozen fruits and vegetables, the company has now shifted strongly toward deeply processed products such as vegetable tempura, fresh coconut water under the COMOON brand, and OCHAO industrial bakery products gradually building a comprehensive export-oriented product ecosystem.
This direction aligns well with global consumption trends, as consumers increasingly prioritize convenient products with natural origins and distinctive local identity. To realize this strategy, HungHau Foods identifies research and development (R&D) as a core driver, using the trend toward healthy eating as a guiding direction to enhance its ability to meet diverse demands from international markets.

The second core factor enabling HungHau Foods to sustain its impressive growth rate is its strategy for sustainable human resource development. The company not only focuses on recruitment but also invests heavily in training, enhancing professional expertise and management skills for its existing workforce. Supportive learning policies, clear career progression paths, and a working environment that upholds the core values of “Harmony – Heart – House” contribute to building a cohesive, professional, and highly responsible team.

This proactive approach helps HungHau Foods improve its competitiveness in the context of global integration.
Its inclusion in the FAST500 ranking in 2026 demonstrates the effectiveness of HungHau Foods’ export expansion and product diversification strategies over time. The company is also a representative Vietnamese enterprise honored with the “Business Culture Standard Enterprise” certification and has products recognized under the Vietnam Value program.
