On August 11th, at the headquarters of Tan Cang Saigon Corporation (SNP), representatives of HungHau Holdings (HHH) held a working session with SNP’s leadership to finalize key cooperation initiatives, aiming to leverage the strengths of both sides and expand multi-sector development opportunities.
Attending the meeting, on SNP’s side were Colonel Phung Ngoc Minh – Deputy General Director of Tan Cang Saigon Corporation, and Mr. Dinh Xuan Khanh – Director of SNP Water Transport. Representing HHH were Mr. Vu Quang Chinh – Chairman of the Executive Board of HungHau FMCG Group (HungHau Holdings), along with leaders from its affiliated units.

According to the agreed content, HHH and SNP will implement a joint venture cooperation model to effectively utilize strategic land plots for the development of key infrastructure projects, including manufacturing plants, port wharves, and storage facilities for petroleum and liquefied gas at ports/locations within the SNP system. These projects are of pivotal importance, not only supporting the business operations of both parties but also enhancing the capacity for receiving, storing, and distributing goods and fuels for the Southern region and other key economic zones.

SNP commits to providing products and services at preferential and reasonable prices to support HHH in customs, logistics, and warehousing, as well as connecting international shipping lines. Notably, SNP expressed interest in purchasing fuel to supply transport vessels, aiming to increase the utilization of products and services from both parties.

In addition to discussions related to commerce and logistics, the two sides are also expanding cooperation in university and postgraduate education. Specifically, SNP will facilitate students and learners within the VHE system to gain practical experience and training at SNP schools and ports, enhancing hands-on professional skills.
In a spirit of good-faith cooperation, with high consensus and strategic vision, HHH and SNP affirm their determination to effectively implement the agreed initiatives, laying the foundation for sustainable development of HungHau Holdings’ member units such as HungHau FMCG Group, VHE, HHD, and contributing positively to the overall growth of the economy.
