CONGRATULATIONS TO MS. NGUYEN YEN ON HER APPOINTMENT AS EXECUTIVE CHAIRWOMAN OF HUNGHAU GLOBAL GROUP (HHG GROUP)

On February 17, 2026, the Chairman of the Board of Associates officially signed the Decision to establish HungHau Global Group (HHG), headquartered in Singapore and operating within the HungHau Holdings ecosystem. HHG is responsible for directly managing and overseeing the operations of member units established in regions and countries outside Vietnam.

Pursuant to this Decision, Ms. Nguyen Yen has been appointed as Executive Chairwoman of HungHau Group. Ms. Nguyen Yen is currently a Member of the Board of Associates, concurrently serving as Director of International Development Strategy, Vice Chairwoman of HungHau FMCG Group, and Chief Executive Officer of HHF.
