Our egg noodles are manufactured by Nha Man Co., Ltd., located in Zone C, Sa Dec Industrial Park, Sa Dec Ward, Dong Thap Province, Vietnam. This is one of the manufacturing units within the food production ecosystem of HungHau Foods Joint Stock Company, serving both the domestic market and export-oriented development.

According to the published product information, the product is made from wheat flour, fresh chicken eggs at 2.8%, salt, natural annatto oil color extract, INS 160b(ii), gardenia extract and stabilizer INS 451(i). Premium fresh chicken eggs are used by HungHau Foods to enhance the aroma, taste and nutritional value of the noodle strands. The noodles come in whole round portions with reduced breakage, a strand diameter of approximately 1.2mm ± 0.2mm and a natural light-yellow color.
