In August 2017, Hung Hau Vegetable factory – a subsidiary of Hung Hau Foods – has officially received BRC certificate. This has proved the endeavor of Hung Hau Foods in the improvement of processing standards to meet the requirements of overseas markets.
BRC is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.
Moreover, Hung Hau Vegetable is in the last steps of registering other internationally acknowledged certification such as HALAL, ISO 22000 and HACCP. All of these certificates would be available within this year.
With advanced IQF technology in producing high-quality Frozen Vegetables and Fruits, in compliance with international standards, Hung Hau Foods aims to be a leading exporter of Vietnam Agricultural Products in the foreseeable future.
