HUNGHAU FOODS HOLDS A SENSORY EVALUATION OF THREE NEW COOKIE FLAVORS INSPIRED BY VIETNAMESE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS

On July 23, HungHau Foods’ R&D Department, in collaboration with the Business Development Department, conducted a sensory evaluation session for new cookie flavor prototypes.

According to the department manager, the three new flavors are inspired by Vietnamese agricultural products. Participants evaluated the samples based on key sensory attributes, including flavor, aroma, and overall texture.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Huy from HungHau Foods’ Business Development Department shared: “I was truly impressed by these new cookie flavors because of their unique combination. The cookies are not overly aromatic, yet when you taste them, you can clearly recognize the flavor of ripe mango. The overall taste is well-balanced and very enjoyable.”

Ms. Vu Song Thuy Hien from HungHau Foods’ Business Development Department shared:”I think the purple color could be adjusted to make it more visually appealing. The cookies have a light honey aroma and a pleasantly nutty taste, making them a healthier and more enjoyable snack option.”

Overall, the evaluation results showed that all three cookie prototypes received positive feedback for their flavor, sweetness level, and overall suitability for consumers. All comments and suggestions will be carefully reviewed by the R&D team to further refine the recipes before the products are officially introduced to the market.
