NHA MAN CO., LTD ORGANIZES A SENSORY EVALUATION FOR A NEW FROZEN NOODLE PRODUCT

On October 27, Nha Man Co., Ltd (HFN), in collaboration with the Business Development Department of HungHau Foods Joint Stock Company, organized an internal sensory evaluation session for three of the company’s new noodle products.

The products were evaluated based on several criteria, including overall flavor, noodle elasticity and expansion after cooking, and sensory experience during tasting. The results showed that all three noodle varieties received highly positive feedback. Most participants rated the products as having a rich flavor (from the sauce packet), naturally firm and tender noodles, and good texture retention after cooking.

The three products  Frozen Noodles, Hhokkien Noodles, and Singapore Noodles  have been identified as the key product group that Nha Man Co., Ltd focuses on researching and developing in the fiscal year MYH26.

The idea behind developing these three new product lines is to cater to young consumers and international markets, aiming to offer convenient, easy-to-prepare noodles that can be flexibly used in various dishes such as spaghetti or Asian-style stir-fried noodles.
