Frozen noodles from Hung Hau Foods Joint Stock Company (HungHau Foods) are made from premium wheat flour and produced through a modern, closed production process. After being cooked or blanched in boiling water, the noodles still retain their quality and balanced soft–chewy texture similar to fresh noodles.
Frozen noodles, when combined with various seasoning packets and different cooking methods, can be transformed into many dishes such as spaghetti with beef sauce, Asian-style stir-fried noodles, spicy mixed noodles, vegetarian noodle dishes, and more.
The product has a shelf life of up to 18 months, making it convenient for storage and long-distance transportation.

Thaw the product before cooking. It can be used directly after thawing or boiled for about 1 minute before serving.
