OCHAO, A MEMBER COMPANY OF HUNGHAU FOODS, INAUGURATES ITS FIRST BAKERY FACTORY IN HO CHI MINH CITY

On June 23, 2026, OCHAO Corporation officially inaugurated its factory at Lot C3-1, D2-N7 Street, Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, Cu Chi Commune, Ho Chi Minh City.

The inauguration marks a significant milestone in OCHAO’s development strategy as a food brand committed to bringing Vietnamese flavors closer to modern consumers. Each product made at the OCHAO factory embodies an invitation to rediscover the taste of home through a more contemporary, convenient, and high-quality experience.

Spanning more than 23,000 square meters, the factory is equipped with three key production lines for cookies, snacks, and waffles. OCHAO has invested in modern technology systems designed to meet international quality standards, providing a solid foundation for the company to develop bakery and processed food products for the domestic market, OEM/ODM partners, and export markets.

The company also places strong emphasis on food safety and occupational safety throughout the investment, construction, and operational stages of the factory. Its production lines use materials suitable for food processing environments, enabling efficient cleaning while supporting strict control of cross-contamination risks during operation.

More than a milestone in production infrastructure, the inauguration of the factory represents an important step in OCHAO’s long-term brand development strategy. In the next phase, the company will continue to focus on three core product categories, including snacks, cookies, and waffles, each developed with its own brand identity, product characteristics, and market positioning.

OCHAO has also introduced its snack brand, “metik”, with the aim of delivering a more appealing, enjoyable, and engaging snacking experience to consumers.

Alongside this direction, OCHAO plans to expand research into new product formulas made from Vietnamese agricultural ingredients, further diversify its product portfolio, and adopt more environmentally friendly packaging solutions.
