The products were developed with inspiration from Vietnamese agricultural ingredients. The Cookies range combines oats with a non-gluten-oriented approach, aiming to create healthier products that meet the preferences of modern consumers. For the Banana Milk-flavored Snack, real banana milk seasoning powder is used to deliver its distinctive banana milk flavor. The product was also tested using two preparation methods, frying and baking, to evaluate differences in crispiness, aroma, and overall tasting experience.
Mr. Pham Vu Thanh Luan, Business Development Department of HHA, shared: “Among the three flavors, I like the Cheese flavor the most. It has a rich, creamy, and savory taste that is well-balanced and easy to enjoy. Compared to the other two flavors, I think this one is more likely to appeal to consumers from the very first taste.”
Ms. Lai Thi Giao, Business Development Department of HHF, shared: “At my age, I prefer the baked Snack because it is not oily. If the product is launched on the market, I would buy it for my family to try.”
Participants focused on key criteria such as flavor, aroma, sweetness, and overall texture. The practical feedback collected during the evaluation will serve as a basis for the R&D team to further adjust and refine the recipes and improve product quality before they are launched on the market.
This is also an important step in the research and development process for new products, helping transform ideas inspired by Vietnamese agricultural ingredients into products that better meet the preferences of consumers of OCHAO Joint Stock Company.
