According to the agreed framework, HHH and SNP will establish a joint-venture partnership to effectively leverage strategic land resources for the development of key infrastructure projects, including manufacturing plants, wharves, fuel depots, and liquefied gas storage facilities at ports or locations within the SNP system. These projects are of critical importance, not only serving the business operations of both parties but also enhancing the capacity for cargo, fuel reception, storage, and distribution across Southern Vietnam and other major economic regions.

SNP has committed to providing products and services at preferential and competitive rates to support HHH in customs procedures, logistics, warehousing, and in connecting with shipping lines offering international transport services. In particular, SNP expressed its demand for purchasing fuel to supply its transport vessels, thereby increasing the utilization of products and services from both parties.

In addition to discussions on trade and logistics, both parties also agreed to broaden their cooperation in higher and postgraduate education. Specifically, SNP will facilitate opportunities for students and learners within the VHE system to undertake practical training and gain real-world experience at SNP’s educational institutions and ports, thereby enhancing their professional readiness.
