Team Building & Gala Dinner 2026: Connecting Every Heart In The HungHau House

From September 13 to 15, HUNGHAU HOLDINGS organized the HUNGHAU House 2026 Team Building program in Ho Tram, bringing together nearly 1,500 members from 9 groups: ZECAP, HENCO, VIENIE, MYH, SOTHUONG, VIENDONG, HHH, HHG, and VHE. Each group brought its own identity and message, but all shared the same spirit: building the Hùng Hậu House into a stronger organization, continuously improving, creating greater value together, and achieving the strategic goals set for myH27.

This year’s program was fully invested in by HUNGHAU Holdings, featuring a wide range of sightseeing, leisure, sports, and cultural activities. Ho Tram became a destination where members could relax, recharge, and enjoy meaningful bonding experiences together. Nearly 1,500 members were divided into 6 teams: Harmony, House, Heart, Vow, Elevate, and Improve. Together, they showed their team spirit, enthusiasm, and determination to take on every challenge throughout the journey.

The highlight of the program was the Team Building competition on Ho Tram Beach. Although it started raining from the beginning, members of the Hùng Hậu House maintained their enthusiasm and worked together to overcome each challenge.

The games required teamwork, coordination, and speed, creating an energetic atmosphere filled with constant cheering and encouragement. After a series of exciting challenges, Team Heart won the First Prize overall in the Team Building competition, receiving a prize worth VND 100 million.

Sharing her experience of the trip, Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi (HungHau Foods) said: “For me, the trip was a lot of fun. I had a great time relaxing and enjoying the activities, while also meeting many colleagues from other companies. The games helped everyone connect, get closer, and understand each other better.”

After the Team Building activities, nearly 1,500 members attended the Gala Dinner, featuring 6 performances from the 6 teams around the theme “VOW – IMPROVE – ELEVATE.” Each performance had its own style, highlighting the creativity and team spirit of the participants.Team Heart continued its success by winning First Prize in the Performance Competition, with a prize worth VND 60 million. In addition, a lucky draw for all members of the Hùng Hậu House, with total prizes worth more than VND 350 million, brought many surprises and moments of joy to all employees.

Taking part in Team Building and the Gala Dinner has become a meaningful part of the culture at the Hùng Hậu House. The laughter, moments of overcoming challenges together, songs shared during the bus rides, and memorable photos by Ho Tram Beach have created lasting memories. These experiences have strengthened the spirit of unity and teamwork as the Hùng Hậu House begins a new journey toward myH27.
