Hung Hau Foods’ IQF White Corn is produced from clean and safe raw materials with clear origins from domestic farmers, particularly from Vietnam’s renowned growing regions. After processing, the sticky corn undergoes the IQF system (Individual Quick Freezing) – an ultra-fast freezing system for individual products.
When this system operates, each product (seafood/meat/fruit) passes through a cold conveyor belt (at temperatures between -45°C to -35°C) at a very slow speed to freeze the product. This method fully preserves the flavor, color, and freshness while retaining the product’s nutritional value.
