The mango sticks are neatly cut, dipped in pure dark chocolate, and then individually quick-frozen using IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology, preserving the color, texture, and structure of each mango piece, minimizing moisture loss, and ensuring freshness when consumed.
Thanks to their high convenience, the frozen chocolate-dipped mango sticks require no further preparation. They can be taken straight from the freezer and served once they reach the appropriate temperature, making them ready for consumers at cafés, milk tea shops, dessert shops, restaurants, hotels, or dessert counters in supermarkets and convenience stores.
This product line is produced at HungHau Foods’ factory in Dong Thap, with a shelf life of up to 12 months, strictly meeting food safety and quality standards. The factory holds certifications including BRCGS, HACCP, ISO 22000, SMETA, while the products comply with requirements of multiple markets, holding certifications such as FDA, Kosher, HALAL.

The standard packaging specification is 1 stick per bag, 8–16 sticks per box. At the same time, HungHau Foods can flexibly adjust the weight and packaging style according to the requirements of different retail channels, HORECA, or international partners.

This variety is ideal for processing into value-added frozen products, especially when combined with dark chocolate, creating a perfect balance between the refreshing fruit taste and the rich, luxurious flavor of chocolate.
The sugar content in the dark chocolate layer can be customized (reduced sugar, less sweet, or sugar-free) according to B2B customer requirements, making the product more aligned with healthy nutrition trends and specific customer segments.
