This is a rather high increase after a long time the price of chili is below 10,000 VND/kg.
Chili prices in some other provinces such as Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Vinh Long, and Dong Thap are also increasing to 25,000 – 35,000 VND/kg. The sharp increase in prices gives many growers an incentive to keep reinvesting.
