IQF LOTUS ROOT
IQF lotus root from HungHau Foods Joint Stock Company (HungHau Foods) is carefully selected from lotus-root growing areas in Dong Thap province (Vietnam). After harvesting, the roots are washed clean of mud, peeled, sliced, and quickly frozen using IQF technology on the same day, preserving their natural ivory-white color and characteristic crispness.
One advantage of Vietnamese lotus root is a climate that allows cultivation and harvesting throughout the year.
HungHau Foods has the capacity to supply around 500 tons of IQF lotus root annually. Both the product and HungHau Foods’ processing facilities comply with international certifications and standards, including BRCGS, HACCP, ISO 22000, FDA, KV, HALAL, and SMETA.
KEY FEATURES
